Wakt milega nahi to katega zarur

Kai varsh pahle ke hain kai kisse
Jab ab bache kahaniyon ke hisse
Ye un dono ki baat hai jab milte the dar roz
Hath pakad kar saath chalna jab tha aam sa
Kahin ruk kar kisi dukan k sheeshe main jhank kar kahna “woh accha hai”
Nikal jana kahin dunia se door fir ghabrana 
Yunhi chala tha silsila ye saalon-saal 
Fir hua yun ke aaya jawal 
Laya apne saath kai sawal jinka tha na koi jawab
Bas Zindagi chali, kafi kuchh badal gaya
Rahe do parinde lekin ghar gaya 
Basi to thi do dunia alag si 
Lekin kahin kuchh tha jo kam rah gaya
Kai raaten biti to bane kai saal
Baal halke safed, wajan badha 
Lekin ye sirf wajan nai tha jo badha hua tha
kandho par bojh bhi kuchh nahi kam nahi tha
Ab to darr bhi lagne lagta hai khud se baat karne se bhi, kahin kisi dil ke kone main koi sun le to hoga sambhalna mushkil
Yunhi lakir par chalte hue kisi ne achanak pooch lia haal,
 yunhi laga jaise mere sote hue chahre pe kisi ki ungaliyon ne mujhe uthaya
Aankhen khuli to koi nahi tha par ek hawa 
Ghuma idhar udhar bana nahin kuchh kahin kidhar 
Gaya tha milne to nishabd sa khada tha 
Dekh kar usko laga jaise main ek sookha ghada tha
Us din so na paya tha, haan waise soya to pahle bhi kahan tha, 
Aage badh chala tha woh shayad thoda kush tha
Chehra khila hua aur ek ajeeb si umang thi 
Ki kai baar baten lambi, kafi din baad kisi ne pooch tha kaise ho, kaisa tha aaj ka din 
Bas muh khola hi tha kuch kahne ko aur lambi saans lekar bas chup ho gaya
Bas mand sa muskuraya aur kaha thik hoo
Baaton baaton main hua fir ek baar sahaj sawal jawab, pata lagaya ki zindagi woh nahi ab jiska dekha tha khawab 
Main kal bhi pareshan tha aaj bhi hoo, koi nai baat nahi, aaj woh bhi pareshan hai, ab ye ghabrahat hai
Bas tasalli hai ke ab koi sun lega jab wakt milega 
Wakt milega nahi to katega zarur

Jab main kuch nahi tha to kuch tha,
bohot kuchh ho kar bhi aaj kuchh nahi hoon

Kya hua jo nazar nai aati tum

Hawa chali ja rahi thi kahin,
Jane kahan se aayi thi,

Kisi ko jhonke lage tere,
Kisi ko thapede maar ja rahi thi,

Ruki to sukhe patte tak na hile,
Aandhi bani to mahal ukhade ja rahi thi,

Yoon naraz hoti hai kabhi to tufan ban k barasti bhi hai,
Magar baras kar rukna bhi hai ye samajhti bhi hai, 
Ek mauka dene ko tarasti bhi hai,

Kabhi khidkiya khadka ka kar andar aa jaati,
kabhi bahar kheton khaliyano ko lehrati 

Kahin kisi ek chhaya dar ped ke niche,
mazdoor ki dopeher ki neend ko pura karti tum,
Kabhi kisi pataka ko fehrane ka mansuba rakhti tum,

Kahin kisi masson k chhote pankhe ko ghuma kar hasti uske saath,
Kabhi kisi Khushboo main mil kar romani karti sama,
Kabhi kisi ghar ki bhujhati tum shama,

Kahin kisi banjar sukhi zameen par mitti udati tum,
Kahin kisi ki gamzad aakhon ka pani sukhati tum, 
Tik tik karte samay ke jaise kabhi haath main na aati tum,

Kya hua jo nazar nai aati tum... 
kisi ki udaan ko jab pankh lagati tum,
kya hua jo nazar nai aati tum...

Stove is of mud,
Mud is of pond,
Pond is of king,

Hunger for curry,
Curry is of rice,
Rice if of farm
Farm is of king,

Cattle is of King,
Spade is of king,
Hands on spade is mine,
Crop is of king,

Well is of king,
Water is of King,
Farms are of king,
Streets and location of king,
Then what’s mine?

Village?
City?
Country?

Baked Cookie



It’s you who wake up and make a bed to start the day, the day that’s makes you, you. 
It’s you who bridge the courage and your “what to do” by walking aloof, long, never guided, appreciated and situated. Though you decided not to stop to the dream which never come true.

Looking at your tired boots and feet’s asking for new shoe, It’s you who makes a new Bru and straight walk thru. 

Daily bread call you by your name and ask you “dear what you going through” A small regular day urges to shine upon to see if you welcome them to your home too. 

This moment of bliss and bloom when you now may do what you want to do, this simple small baked cookie like success is YOU.

Stress to be Quite

Stress, The moment when we take a name, the first thing comes to our mind is frustration, fatigue, anger, depression, ill health and social issues. Look around and you will find everyone stressed be it a child’s mother or his teacher, be it a friend or relative, be it a full time employee or un employed and employer for that matter. Every one around is stressed and they live with it. How they conclude they are stressed is a question to be asked. It’s because the have agreed to this life style and living it to the core.

They accept they are stressed. The first mistake of being stressed the when you agree and acknowledge that you are stressed. There are hundreds of solutions, books, activities suggested to manage stress. I personally feel you manage things which we agreed that that they are unavoidable. You manage something which you agree that exists. Stress management is not by listening to music or by going shopping or by meditation, it's about improving the life style and being positive about every situation. Which means if you feel that you are nor stressed, there is no question of managing it.

A negative approach to anything in your daily walk of life will lead to stress which will make you sick and put adverse impact on your personal and professional life. It is so dangers that sometimes people decide to end their life and further more create a blank space in their loved once. A bad day at office will lead to unwanted argument at home, no attention to kids and old parents, effect on your social circle and you started being called as always negative and moody. You wanted to be happy however because you show your life is imbalanced you get in to more stressful situations. Visa vera, a small argument at home or Enroute to office adversely affect your that day productivity which will lead to bad day at office too.

So what could be done to manage stress? The literal answer is NOTHING. You are stressed only when you allow your self to it. It doesn't mean that you have to be happy or positive always. We can’t do that too and its fact. So what should we do? We have to be neutral in situation and responsive. Neutral means, you don’t have to over board the bad day, argument or any situation. You don’t have to be very happy in happiness and sad in no so happy situation. A neutral person is never stressed and there is no way that he has to manage the stress. This kind of people practice to control the emotions by increasing the level of tolerance. They don’t argue and chose to keep quiet. They don’t react and chose to observe the situation and try to put them self in counter part shoe. They understand this is beyond control so there is nothing much we can do and they smile and move on. These people usually wait for the moment to pass and feel the that time is a healer of all. They find the better opportunity to discuss when they feel the reciprocal party is ready to listen and agree.

How to practice being neutral? For the beginners the best practice to be neutral in all situation, good or bad, positive or negative they should be QUITE. A quiet person can win thousands of shouting crowd. When you practice not to react or being quiet, you will realise that people around you will provoke you and rub your wrong side, they try to pull you all down and eventually they will fail just because you managed to be quiet. It’s your will power and a strong decision which keep you neutral in situations. If find a strong willed, quiet and neutral person, you should decide to stick with them and take the learnings of tolerance.

So managing a stress is a stress only if you agree that you are stressed. If you are neutral person you may not have to manage stress. Live the quiet and tolerant life to be stress free!
